The Garden District is a neighborhood only minutes away from all of the venues of New Orleans, including the French Quarter, Superdome, Convention Center, and Sports Arena. Mardi Gras parades are on St. Charles Avenue, a short walk of 4 blocks. Magazine Street, filled with boutiques, shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops, is a beautiful walk and just 1 block from our home. Historic St. Charles Avenue is a lovely four-block walk through the Garden District. Once at St. Charles Avenue, you can hop on the streetcar and venture to the French Quarter in one direction or Audubon Park and Zoo in the other.

The Garden District of New Orleans has its own private security patrol 24 hours a day.
